Customer Detail Form
If you are a First Time Guest or it is your First Visit of the Season, you can print this form, fill it in, sign the Rules of Conduct, and bring it in with you when you register, this will help speed up the check-in process, if this form has been completed when you arrive. Please remember to bring your Driver’s License, AANR / TNSF card, and a paper copy of your current pet vaccination records for scanning purposes.
Pet Waiver Form
If you are planning on bringing your fur baby (ies) to Valley View Recreation Club, please read the Rules of Conduct regarding Pets, print this form, fill it out and bring it in upon check-in. Only paper copies of vaccination records can be accepted as they need to be scanned and kept on file by VVRC for each pet. Please remember that there are no pets allowed in the pool, pool area, bathroom, any room, any pavilion, or any building, as per our state laws and our Rules of Conduct.
Reservation Request Form
Our Reservations Desk and this pre-Registration Form are not unavailable until May 01, 2024.
Please complete the form below for initiating your reservation for any overnight accommodations (rooms, RV sites and tenting), and select submit (do not print this form). Since the Website is monitored by an outside agency and not the Reservations Desk, it may take a few extra days (72 - 96 hours) for the information to reach the Reservations Desk for proper processing by the staff. Please note that a reservation is not complete until the office personnel has contacted you, confirmed your information and your credit card deposit has successfully been taken to secure your deposit. All inquiries regarding submitted Reservations Request should be directed to 608-770-8872 during our business hours. Thank You.
** Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a credit. All credits will be applied to future visits up to one year, except Car Show and Midwest AANR functions. By submitting the following form, you agree to the above cancellation policy.
Note: We are a Family Orientated Nudist Resort, not a clothing-optional resort.

Once, your Reservation has been reserved.
In order to speed up you check-in process, we suggest that you complete these two forms after your reservation request has been confirmed and received. Form one, is the Room Rental Agreement and Non-Smoking Agreement. While form two is the Room Key Deposit. Please print both forms, fill out all information, bring along and give it to the staff upon check-in.

Valley View Recreation Club is open from May through September. Reservations can only be made by calling Valley View at 608-770-VVRC (8872) during our business hours.
No Website Reservations will be accepted from September 15th to May 1st for the current year, as we are closed to the public.
